Vetsource was started by a group of pet-loving technology experts who came together to help veterinary professionals do what they do best: care for animals. What began as a prescription management and home delivery solution in 2008 in the U.S. has evolved into a suite of comprehensive solutions that provides pharmacy, technology, and business services for the pet health industry.

David is a veterinary surgeon, former owner of veterinary clinics, and MBA graduate with more than 20 years’ experience working across independent and corporate practice in clinical, operational, and leadership roles.

Sales Manager
Naved is an authentic, customer-focused, results-driven, humble leader with a demonstrated history of working in the pharmaceutical sector. Naved started his veterinary sales career nearly two decades ago and has held multiple sales roles from entry-level key account management to leadership.

Lee Hipson
Regional Manager, London & Southeast England
Lee comes with a wealth of experience in account management and business development in the pet sector and the animal health industry. He excels at customer relationships, and takes the time to understand their needs and drive the best results for both their business and clients. Outside of work, Lee enjoys spending quality time with his family and caring for his two rescue cats, who always keep him on his toes.

With over 30 years of diverse sales experience in the veterinary sector, Nigel brings a proven track record of driving growth through education and support for veterinary practices. He is deeply passionate about building strong, lasting relationships and helping practices thrive. Outside of work, Nigel is an avid cyclist and is committed to maintaining an active, health-conscious lifestyle.

Emily Trent
Regional Manager, Southwest England
Emily started as a practice manager almost 10 years ago and went on to become a business manager covering the south of the UK. She brings her extensive experience in business analysis and inventory management to every relationship and is passionate about transforming UK practices into better businesses. Emily’s free time is taken up with 3 dogs and 3 horses, and she is currently producing her first young horse.

Bruno likes to travel, meet people from different cultures, and have fun in the sea with his kitesurf and wingfoil.

Customer Care Manager
Aurèlie has over 12 years’ experience in customer support operations, in both startups and corporations. She enjoys managing transition projects, leading culturally diverse teams, and driving business optimisation initiatives to improve client experiences. Originally from Reunion Island with a wealth of experience overseas, Aurèlie enjoys travelling and spending time with her dog Cleo and in open waters.
